• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or your original order number is required to process the return.

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:
 

1. Contact our customer service team directly at info@mindthewrap.co.uk with your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Securely package your item, attach the provided return label to the outside, and drop it off at the designated courier location.
    

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email cannot be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval of your refund.
 

• Approval: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.

• Timeline: Please allow up to 15 business days for the funds to be processed and posted by your bank or credit card provider.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us right away at info@mindthewrap.co.uk so we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately with a replacement or full refund.

Due to safety, hygiene, and product customization, certain types of items cannot be returned:
