Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused packs in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@mindthewrap.co.uk If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

If your merchandise is being shipped to or within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will then let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We want you to be completely happy with your Mind the Wrap purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Initiate Your Return:

   • Contact us at info@mindthewrap.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your item (or 14 days if you are in the EU and exercising your cooling-off rights).

   • In your email, please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Await Confirmation & Label:

   • Once your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

   • Please do not send items back to us without first receiving this label and instructions, as unrequested returns cannot be accepted.

3. Prepare Your Package:

   • Ensure the item is in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging.

   • Include your original receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.

   • Securely attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package.

4. Ship Your Return:

   • Drop off your package at the designated courier location as per the instructions provided with your label.

5. Refund Process:

   • We will notify you by email once your return has been received and inspected.

   • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
